RMS, Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive retail solutions, proudly announces the promotion of Jeff Dea to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President (VP) of Finance. Jeff, who has been with RMS, Inc. since December 2018 as the Head of Finance, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in financial management to his new role.


Jeff Dea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from the University of Southern California. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in financial reporting across various industries, including servicing, medical, distribution, and production. His career is marked by significant achievements and a commitment to excellence in financial operations and strategic planning.


In his new role at RMS, Inc., Jeff will oversee all financial activities, including the preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow analysis, budget preparation, and the development of audit work papers for regulatory, bank, and independent auditors. Additionally, he will play a crucial role in strategic financial planning, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting its growth initiatives.


During his tenure as Head of Finance, Jeff demonstrated exceptional skills in setting up general ledger systems for start-up divisions, preparing annual budgets, and conducting monthly budget-to-actual comparisons with insightful commentary. He has also been instrumental in assisting companies in securing financing from financial institutions and implementing cost-saving measures that have resulted in substantial monthly savings.


Jeff Dea's promotion is effective immediately, and he will continue to be based at RMS, Inc.'s headquarters in Burbank, California.
