Questions & Complaints 
We respond to questions and complaints using the following process:
 

  • Step 1: Contact us with your name, the date/location of your drop, and any bag/transaction ID.
     

  • Step 2: We will review your transaction and respond within 3 business days.
     

  • Step 3: If we need more information, we will tell you exactly what is needed to resolve the issue.

Report a Full or Non-Operational Receptacle
If the bag drop receptacle is full or not working:

  • Do not leave bags outside the receptacle.
     

  • Use the alternative recycling location listed on the FAQ Page for immediate payment.
     

  • Notify us immediately so we can service the equipment.
