Step 2: We will review your transaction and respond within 3 business days.

Step 3: If we need more information, we will tell you exactly what is needed to resolve the issue.
Report a Full or Non-Operational Receptacle
If the bag drop receptacle is full or not working:

Do not leave bags outside the receptacle.
-
Use the alternative recycling location listed on the FAQ Page for immediate payment.

Notify us immediately so we can service the equipment.
