RMS, Inc. Announces Hiring of Edgar Flores as CRV Project Coordinator at CRV connX by RMS

RMS, Inc., a leading provider of retail solutions, is thrilled to announce the addition of Edgar Flores to the team as the CRV Project Coordinator at CRV connX by RMS. Edgar brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in compliance and operational management, having previously served as Director of Compliance at 99 Cents Only Stores.


With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing compliance programs, Edgar has demonstrated his ability to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory adherence across various states. His expertise includes developing standard operating procedures, overseeing compliance programs, and fostering relationships with regulatory bodies.

In his previous role at 99 Cents Only Stores, Edgar successfully led the development and implementation of operational and regulatory compliance programs, managed permits and licenses, and stayed abreast of industry regulations and trends. His ability to communicate potential risks and provide strategic recommendations has been instrumental in supporting the growth and compliance of the organization.


Additionally, Edgar has previously served on the Board of Directors at RMS, Inc., where he contributed his expertise and strategic vision to help guide the company’s direction and growth. His familiarity with RMS, Inc.’s mission and values makes him an invaluable asset to the team.


As CRV Project Coordinator at CRV connX by RMS, Edgar will be responsible for overseeing CRV-related projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. His fluency in both English and Spanish will be crucial in supporting the training of employees for the workforce development grant from Cal Recycle, further enhancing RMS, Inc.’s commitment to sustainability and community development.
