Promotion of VP of Operations of carTrac

We are thrilled to announce Marco Saucedo's promotion to Vice President of carTrac. Marco has a proven track record of transforming unique concepts into tangible successes throughout his 15 Years of Operations Management. A standout achievement in Marco's career is his remarkable journey over five years, in which he went from opening a single restaurant as a proof-of-concept to overseeing the chain's expansion into ten locations. This multi-state growth exemplifies his capacity to scale operations efficiently without sacrificing quality or client satisfaction.

With over two years of dedicated service to RMS, Marco has consistently

demonstrated exemplary leadership, strategic vision, and a deep understanding

of our operations. In this new role, he will oversee the carTrac division, optimizing

our operational processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

remain at the forefront of our company objectives.

In addition to the promotion of Marco to VP of Operations, RMS, Inc. is proud to

announce the promotion of Heather Dougherty to the position of Vice President

of RMS Sustainability.

With over a decade of experience in spearheading the business development of an innovative food-to-energy technology, Heather brings a wealth of expertise in market research, strategic planning, operational implementation, and growth to our company. With a devoted commitment to environmental stewardship and corporate responsibility, Heather has played an essential role in advancing our sustainability initiatives. In her new capacity, she will lead our Workforce Development project and efforts to further integrate sustainability into our business strategies, driving positive environmental and social impacts across our operations and industry.

Prior to joining RMS, Heather has played a pivotal role in fostering environmental stewardship programs across various business sectors. She actively engaged with government agencies, food rescue organizations, renewable energy companies, commercial operations, recyclers, and other industry partners. Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to overcoming challenges and initiating collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Her ability to forge effective partnerships, both domestically and globally, has been instrumental in advancing circular food economies, implementing landfill diversion programs, and advocating for sustainable practices in industries such as sports & entertainment, higher education, healthcare, and grocery retail.
